Arya and Sameera Reddy in the clutches of their fans

Vettai is the film which has Arya and Sameera Reddy in the lead roles is being directed by Lingusamy. This film is being produced under the banner Tirupathi Pictures. The shooting of this film was taking place in Karaikudi. The first schedule of the shooting was completed one day before the schedule.

So, all of them were to return to Chennai. Plane tickets were booked for Arya and Sameera Reddy from Madurai. Producer Bose and Lingusamy had planned to come by train. But Arya and Sameera Reddy also wanted to accompany them by train. So all of them boarded the train in Karaikudi and were returning to Chennai by Rameswaram Express.

Arya covered his head with a cap while Sameera Reddy covered her head with a veil so that their fans will not recognize them. They thought that if they alight in Egmore there will be disturbances by their fans so they decided to alight in Tambaram. Arya’s car was also waiting for them in Tambaram. When they alighted in Tambaram, the fans recognized them and mobbed them. Luckily the driver and Arya’s friend came to their rescue and saved then from the mobbing crowd. Because of this there was a small commotion in Tambaram Railway Station.
